ARTFEST, an annual coming together of 500 plus artists and crafters for three days of workshops and events, is given at Fort Worden, a state park and one time military camp, in the most charming town and harbor of Port Townscend on the Olympia Peninsula, about 40 miles northwest of Seattle.
